4.2.2 Kin Yat shall monitor and annually report to iRobot the percent of Purchase Orders that are delivered on time, based on iRobot's definition of On-time, which includes delivering all parts, materials and other products that are ordered for delivery by iRobot within the Lead Time, plus any shipping dates that are required as specified in the relevant Product Specifications. Kin Yat shall also maintain the records and documentation of all Supplier Quality Assurance activities, evaluations and tests.
